Wake Up!

Breakfast today?  Chocolate waffles for two!


Preheat waffle iron.

Combine:  1 C whole wheat pastry flour, 1 T cocoa powder (maybe more!), 1.5 t energy egg replacer, 1 t baking powder, 1/2 t cinnamon and 1/2 t salt.

Combine: 3/4 C almond milk, 2 T canola oil, 1 T agave nectar and  and 1/2 t vanilla.

Combine the two.  Waffle iron time.

Field Roast maple breakfast links, maple syrup and Earth Balance complete the deal.
