Just got home from a sale at Philip Livingston. 
Sale goes to 1:30 today at 315 Northern Boulevard. From the announcement:
Livingston served as a junior high school or middle school for students on the north side of Albany from 1932-2009. The district is selling the building to a developer and is cleaning out the contents in preparation for the closing.
We didn’t bring home any treasure, but it was nice to meet this amazing building.
