Numbers!

Need more stats?  Here are a few I compiled using CNNs election map early this morning.  Not sure they are right, but whatevs!  Even dicey stats are fun!

Which states had the most citizens voting for President Obama?  California (4.9M), then Florida (4.1M) and New York (3.8M).

Which states gave President Obama the highest percentage of their voters?  The District of Columbia (91%), then Vermont (67%) and New York and Rhode Island (63%).

Other notable results?  Massachusetts gave President Obama 61%.  That says something to me.  I thought a few counties in Nebraska would support President Obama, but I was wrong.  Lancaster County (Lincoln) gave the President 49% of their votes and Douglas County (Omaha) gave the President 47%.  No surprise, but I was sort of hoping.

Lacey is up so I’ve got to get the coffee started.  Happy Wednesday!
